I'm sitting here, on my porch, enjoying the classic overcast day of Spring. I know I'm a day late on saying Spring is finally here, but whatever... Yesterday was a beautiful day, the sun was out and the breeze wasn't terrible, so it was actually fairly warm. My lovely Freya is out in the field, running around enjoying all the new smells, and my cat is prancing and dancing around the porch with me. It's fairly chilly right here, but you know I can't be inside right now... Plus this nicotine habit of mine is something you can really only enjoy outside :P
My dearest friend Rowan has started spending a lot of time in here new garden at my house, she's been busy making all the beds and pathways. It's a really large garden space she has to work with, I'm super excited for her!! I'm also super excited to see what all she grows :)
Two days ago (the 20th) was my parents anniversary - 10 years now, I believe it is? But on a more exciting note, two days ago a lovely man asked me to be his girlfriend, and so now I have a wonderful man with me, named Tevin, and I'm pretty sure he's as magickal as I am ;)
Heather is going to meet a dog tomorrow that might become Freya's new sister :P I'm pretty excited for that too, although I don't know how we are going to handle two horses and two dogs, with her working full time and me starting school next week, hopefully also starting full time work soon as well... Either way, we will figure something out.
My stepdad got a job offer in Philly, and he and my mom are now seriously considering moving there for a few years... If they do, they would want me to take care of the house, and if they did I'm sure Heather would move in with me. If my parents didn't allow that (I don't see why they wouldn't), then I would decline their offer to take care of the house, and Heather and I will find a place by Fall, and Mikki too would join us... Anyway that's a bit out from now, so we are just focusing on the right now of how we can afford things.
I want to write more... But I have a lot of cleaning to do, and a lot of laundry to get through, so I have to cut this short now. Tevin is going to be spending the afternoon and evening with me once he gets off work, so I'm going to try to get everything done before he gets here.
